Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I would like to be able to use a remanufactured ink cartridge instead of HP as they are cheaper/and that is environmentally friendlier, but when I put the cartridge in it won't recognise it.  I am sure there must be a way of overriding the printer so I can use these cartridges?
