Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I bought a Package with all inks included for Model 8720 All in One.  (4 Pack - 952XL and 952 for magenta, blue an yellow)

I didnt have major issue with the other ink cartridge, but the yellow was not recognized.

I purshased additional cartridge, thinking the first one was damages.

When place occur the same issue.

I clean area and made an update to ensure all base.

Continue with the same issue.

 

Have the availability to use a printer without yellow ink???

I can use only the other colors??  it is possible???
