I can't print from MS Paint on either computer that the printer is linked to, nor MS Photos. I can print from webpages, but anything else just leads to blank pages being ejected. I have tried changing the file format of the images I'm trying to print, restarted both the printer and the computers several times etc. I finally uninstalled the software and removed the driver. I reinstalled the software and driver.

 

It still isn't letting me print from paint. I have no idea what changed that caused this but I'm running out of ideas as to how to remedy it. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it.

@betbetbet, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is printing blank pages from Paint. Let us try these steps:

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Try printing documents like PDF, Word to check if that prints.

 

Also, to isolate the issue, check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a quality report as shown in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
