I understand the printer is printing blank pages from Paint. Let us try these steps:
Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Try printing documents like PDF, Word to check if that prints.
Also, to isolate the issue, check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a quality report as shown in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
