Please help- My HP Envy Photo 7155 prints documents but enlarges the images or logos tremendously. Followed all the steps to check if it was the ink cartridges alignment, etc but it wasn't. New cartridges were added to the printer. I can't find any way to adjust this problem.

Welcome to the HP User Community.
Operating System and version not reported.
The printer is essentially unaware of what it prints.
Depending on the document type and the method used to insert the logo and images into that document, the formatting might -- or might not -- be able to correctly read the position and size of the image data. That is, the document accepts that there are images in the structure but cannot properly read / translate the data for printing.
In general, use "Insert" as opposed to copy / paste to add image data to a document.
Right-Click on the inserted image to adjust the size or position of that image.
The following is for Windows
If you have not done so,
Try / Consider
Bypass the problem > Export the document to PDF and print that.
or
Export the document to PDF > Print the PDF file as an image.
PDF - Print as Image
Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC /Optional Foxit Reader)
- HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
- Adobe Reader DC software should be installed even if you do not open / view / print PDF files directly from the software.
If the file will not print due to unusual content (odd fonts, color schemes, tables, other oddities), print the file as an Image. Image printing does not require the printer software to translate file content.
- Save the document to your computer
- Open the offending document in Adobe Reader DC
- Click Print icon > Set other options on the menu > Click Advanced button
- Set the printer select the colors (Optional)
- Select Print the PDF file as an image
