Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 that keeps showing error 71.02.4A. I have read other support pages and have tried the things they have said. Power restarting, removing cartridges and cleaning with lent free clothe, printer head alignment, and a factory restore. None of which has cured the error. After the factory settings restore, the error code pops up immediately after turning on printer and now when I open the printer, the cartridge carrriage will not move at all and I am in an endless cycle of power restarting to no avail.

 

This printer has seen very little use as it is for my small business and only prints maybe 30 pages a month at best. It is frustrating how short lived it was. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Most frustrating thing is the lack of support options or a phone line to contact anyone with HP.
