The blue screen appearance varies form flashing blue with the error code to the constant blue screen with the error code. After rebooting the printer for the zillionth time and reading many of the community threads, has anyone tried uninstalling and re installing the printer(starting form scratch as it were)?

Hi @dfrost13,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "B305" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
To restore the printer to the original factory defaults
1.From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Printer Maintenance .
3. Touch Restore.
4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I ended up calling the HP support line and even though my printer was"officially" out of warranty, because it was a deluxe model??; its an Inkjet 9015,not sure why that was considered a deluxe model; I was able to get online support. They remoted in and walked me through the factory reset and network restore settings, basically re-installing the printer. Its been over a week, and cross your fingers, has fixed the problem. thanks for your input!
