HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Tried unplugging, restarting and hiding on app, restarted router…still flashing??? All lights and maybe saying E6???

Hi @Annabelajh,

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

Uninstall the HP smart app from any one of the devices.
Note: If there are additional printers listed on the HP smart app, they will be deleted)

 

Restore the printer to the original factory defaults -

 

1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.

 

2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and the Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds and release it.

 

This will remove any incorrect firmware updates from the printer and will put the printer in setup mode.

 

Post that, re-download the HP smart app on your phone, open the app, and click on add printer on top. Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to get your printer connected to the new network.

 

Once successfully connected, the wireless light would turn solid blue.
