My new printer (order is on 26th may 2021) is not printing anymore suddenly while I'm printing a document yesterday.
It shows error code E3 but I can't see any problem in the cartridge or in other part of printer, the front light is yellow and the led on the right side is yellow.
What could I do?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
If the issue persists, follow next steps. 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays By the end of the article you will be able to isolate the issue.
If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
