Got error code 3cd276 when printing e-mail on 11/4/2021. Successfully printed on 11/2/2021. Printer screen does not shows error code. I get the code only when attempting to print. Did recommended steps of unplugging, attempting to move cartridges, replugged, without success. Unplugged, waited a couple of minutes, replugged, no success.  Next suggestion is to replace printer. I was able to print a test page successfully.  Smart Print diagnostics returned the error code. Said contact support on out of warranty printer. Purchased 12/ 2016. Of course, I just received new ink supply  😞 

 

Any suggestions?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. 
I appreciate your effort. This seems like hardware related issue with the printer and 
in order to fix this issue, your printer needs to be replaced.
