Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just bought an HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer and, despite paper being available, I keep getting an error symbol on the screen. 

I've tried to access the operating manual via the HP website to identify the symbol but can't find out how to do so 

Any idea how I can access the manual for this blasted machine without paying through the nose to some chancer on the internet?

Only got this machine in July. Regretting it already!

I keep getting OX61000048A.  I tried turning it off and it just sits there.  I unplug it and replug it back in and it still is running and then the error code.  There is no paper jam or empty tanks.  My printer is a HP Office jet Pro 6968.
