Product: HP Deskjet 2633
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have the above printer. It will not print a series of sheets. The printer will pause the print, then print only half of a page from the doc, then it says printer error. We can not resume print, which is then followed by the printer offline message , however when we print the same doc from the phone it begins to print and then errors again. The printer is not offline. It happens on any device being used and the Wifi connection around the house is fine. At present we can not resolve it. 

 

Can someone help?
