I work in a company that have two printes, Laser Jet CM1415fnw and Laser Jet Pro M201dw. There are two problems, everyone can print in both but I have to put the cable in m201 to print and as soon as I plug the error showed in the picture appear:

 Also when i finally print it doesnt stop printing this sheets till I cancell. Now the problem with CM1415fnw is that when I print the sheets, colored or black and white, it print's one sheet and then stop printing, sometimes ask more paper,  (in this printer the other computers have to print one by one if it is color).
