Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP office jet pro 8035 All-in-one. printer used rarely, was working prior to this, the "first" cartridge change (so not "old and wore") then received error71.02.4a, can't recognize cartridge (exact same as removed) cleaned heads, did everything even returned twice for new thinking bad. finally that error stopped however new response same code "paper jam" no paper anywhere in system. after a dozen on/off resets finally on without paper jam but now states "printer failure" problem turn on/off, if doesnt fix contact suppport. event code 71.02.4a. This is a barely used system as stated so please help.
