Hi @Namaz,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "Printer Failure" error can be caused by various issues. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Check both power and data cables (USB or Ethernet, depending on your setup). If it's a wireless printer, verify your Wi-Fi connection.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Sometimes, simply restarting the device can clear the error.

Check for Paper Jams: Open the printer and check for any paper jams. Remove any stuck paper carefully, following the  instructions to avoid damaging the printer.

Check Ink or Toner Levels: Low ink or toner can also cause printing errors. Replace any cartridges that are low or empty.

Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or corrupted drivers can lead to printer failures. Visit the hp website, download, and install the latest drivers for your model.

Clear the Print Queue: Sometimes, stuck print jobs can cause issues. Clear the print queue through your computer's printer settings.

Check Printer Settings: Make sure the printer settings on your computer match the paper size, type, and tray settings on the printer itself.

Printer Diagnosis and Repair: Many printers have built-in diagnostics to check and fix issues. Refer to the printer's manual or control panel for diagnostic options.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
