Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The ink level printout showed no ink in the blackxl cartridge even though I just replaced it.  Did all the troubleshooting and still showed not ink.  I assumed it was the print head so I replaced it following the instructions carefully.  When I turned on the printer, it said to align the cartridges and that is when I got the message "printer failure - there is a problem with the printer or ink system.  There was no error code.  I havwe tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing works.  Do I need a new printer?

Not the black cartrdge. was the tricolor.
