HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I was trying to set up my scanner, gave up, then went to copy instead and this code was flashing on the printer screen.

@caroleJH, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

That error code popping up on your OfficeJet Pro 9015e might be tied to the scanner setup attempt. Let’s troubleshoot and get things back on track.

Could you share the exact error code you’re seeing? That’ll help pinpoint the issue. In the meantime, try these quick steps:

Restart the printer – Power it off, unplug it from the wall for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for updates – On the printer screen, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer.

Reset the printer – If the issue persists, a factory reset might help (I can guide you through that if needed!).

Let me know what the error code says, and we’ll figure it out together! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
