Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

The printer kept going offline some little while after being used, requiring a disconnect-and-restart every time, and hours of working with HP didn't really fix it. I noticed that before the printer took itself offline, it printed out an error code (which I'd mentioned to the HP support folks). The new discovery was if I scrolled down the info screen on the printer,  there was an option to re-start.  I did that, and it has stayed cheerfully online ever since.
