Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer will be working fine. Then it spits out a page at random with a capital G in the upper left hand corner.  Then it goes completely unresponsive and I have to unplug it and then plug it back in.  Then it works fine until it spits out another "G" page.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-In-One Printer,  Printer goes unresponsive. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Please download the firmware update and install it 

  • Click here to update the printer firmware.
