The support from Hp on this topic is just a joke. Over 10 threads this month regarding the same issue and no help. Tried so many troubeshooting which was posted here but still not working.

I have tried all the suggestions withour success.  I'm tried of not getting feedback from HP to fix the problem.  I have used their products for a long time and spent a lot of money on they cartridges.  Since they don't respect me as a customers, I'm moving on to other products.  Good bye HP.  Sorry you aren't listening to your customers!!!  You have made a working , dependable printer into a boat archor.
