Hello,
Recently I got the error message printhead not detected or not properly installed. I tried to change one cartridge because It was low on ink and I tought maybe that will solve the problem because at that time when I searched on the internet for the error code, except printhead missing, it also had something to do with printhead not having ink, but I don't remember the code. After that I have tried to do semi-full reset, trough the reset menu, and now printhead won't come at all when I open the cartidge door. It seems to me that the error prevents printer from finishing the reset. I have tried taking out the power cord, but it seem it does nothing. Last error code before semi-full reset was 0x0, now it is this message: "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. Error code: 0xc19a0002.
