HP Smart directed me to finish setting up envy 6152e.  When I do it asks me to log into or set up my account.  Every time, whether setting up new or trying previous login info it always says "an error has occurred"

Hi Bluck,

 

I do not know what computer or phone you are using but switching default browsers have worked for me because clicking the finish setup routes it to the internet by a browser.
