Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Good afternoon,

I recently returned to college and tried to print a document and found that the printer has said offline. I have tried uninstalling the HP Smart app on my mac and reinstalling it but still got the same outcome. 

 

I am using a Macbook Pro running OS 13.0.1 Ventura

 

The printer I am trying to connect to is  HP Deskjet 3700 All in one
