Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I am so frustrated. I updated my router/modem months ago and have not been able to use my printer since. Somehow, my account is locked so I cannot change the wifi on the printer or factory reset it. I have spent hours looking in my account and trying to find a live representative to speaok with and cannot figure it out. HELP!!!!

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
