I bought a new 8035 Office Jet this week and it came with full, new ink cartridges. I printed one test document which came out fine, and then everything else I have printed, the blue color comes out as pink.....

@Landerm1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Check the estimated ink levels.
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Ink Level Indicator icon .
Perform steps 1,6, and 7 from this document.
Check the print quality on the print report.
