Printer is printing a status report every time something is printed.

Every time I send something to the printer it first prints of some kind of status report?

How do I stop this? Searched support but no clue..... Help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks a bit like a Word Printing Option (assuming this is a Word document printed from Word).

If that is the case, try the following:

Open the document in Word

File > Options > Display 

Under Printing Options

UNCHECK (clear box) next to "Print document properties"

Click OK to save changes

I would agree that this is not your answer.

The "status" report is perhaps an alignment sheet.

If that is the case,

Follow the instructions printed on the paper to complete the alignment.

If that is not the case,

1. Please create a new thread of your own and ask your question of the community.
2. Be sure to include the requested details when creating the thread and indicate "what" is printed on that sheet of paper.
