HI

I am in toronto and bought  this printer from Coscto

 

The Yellow ink in new and all the head are cleaned manually and then I ran head cleaning and ran diagnostic again. Still on Diagnostic the yellow is printing black

Not a good sign. You probably have black ink mixed or leaked with yellow inside the printhead. The ink chambers for black and yellow inside the printhead are next to each other. Once they are mixed you will hardly ever print pure yellow because it is almost impossible to clean that out. A new printhead will fix this.
