When printings the colors are not coming out properly. The red is yellow, the grey is green and orange is yellow. It says on my printer that black is low, but I have yet to receive a new cartridge from HP, so I assume that works. There are no error messages saying my is low. I have run tests, but the colors come out fine. I am not sure what else to do. Thanks.

Hi @feldyfeld,
I'd be happy to assist you with the "print quality" issue.
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
Touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Could you provide your instant ink account id or registered email id in a private message, so I can check when the cartridges are due?
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
