HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e All-in-One Printer

Does anyone have a solution for the All In one printer, Scanner, and Fax. It is stock on the HP Logo and have tried all that was recommended and not sure what is the best way to get in touch with support with a human at HP. I tried AI and it did not to help-.

Thank you,

Hi @WL32

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

That’s frustrating! If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e is stuck on the HP logo screen, it may be experiencing a firmware issue or a startup glitch. Here are some steps to try:

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Updates

Try a Forced Restart

  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  • If the printer restarts, check if the issue persists.

Disconnect All Cables

  • Unplug USB, Ethernet, and power cables.
  • Leave the printer unplugged for 5 minutes, then reconnect only the power cable.
