Product: Officejet Pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have a Pro 8620 printer which reports that there is a paper jam in the ADF. Having checked out the ADF not jam can be found. I suspect that there is dirt on one of the sensor. Can you please let me where I can find the sensors and the best way to clean them? Roger41

The steps to clean the ADF rollers are available in this document  Paper Jam Error which will help you isolate and resolve the issue.
