HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6075 All-in-One Printer

Hello All.
I face an issue with my HP Deskjet Plus Ink Advantage 6000 All in one printer series printer.
The i (information) button is on.  I give documents for printing, but they are not printed (they remain in queue).  On the other hand, when I press for some seconds the i (information) button, I get the Printer Information sheet (which means that there is no paper issue or ink issue).

I contacted Virtual Assistant, they sent me some info but I cannot find what is going on.

Can any one help on this?

Thanks!

Hi Rachel571.
I followed your guidelines, right after I restarted my laptop and after I cancelled all printing jobs in queue, I was able to print without following all the steps you mentioned.  Maybe it was an updating issue or something like this.  Hope it will not appear tomorrow again! 🙄
In any case, thank you very much for taking time to answer to me and help me.

Have a nice day, you, too.
