My Hp Envy 5530 printer and my Smart Tank 5100 series printers are not printing. Both printers are connected to Wi-Fi however, it does not read my HP Pavillion 15 Laptop. I receive the following message "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)". This code is for both printers. In regards, to troubleshooting, I have turned off and unplugged both printers and checked for updated drivers for the printers. I have the latest drivers installed. I also ran a sfc scan and nothing is corrupted or needs fixing. I don't know what else to do.
