Printer was working fine, replaced the colour cartridge and then it will now no longer connect to WiFi. Both connection light and information light flash constantly, press info light and it prints all the jargon it's meant to, but will not connect to WiFi at all. Turned it off and back on and info light blinks again and once again prints out all the bumpf.. how do I get that to stop and how the hell do I connect to the WiFi? Google has nothing, tells me nothing. I do not have a P.C. or a laptop so all done on my phone.

@Dementedmummy Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that the Deskjet printer will not connect Wifi.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please repeat the reset by pressing both the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons at the same time, till the power light starts blinking, then allow it to become stable and ensure the Wi-Fi blue light blinks.

 

Assuming the reset was made, you should see an HP Setup network in your list, then reinstall the HP Software or follow HP Smart:

Sorry to sound thick but where will I see a hp set up list, where do I go to find this list? What website. Google says the same but doesn't tell you where the actual list is. 

 

I've managed to connect it to the WiFi but it still won't print, it won't connect to instant ink now, so that's flashing constantly on the printer and then instant ink itself will not recognise my printer. It's constantly got the red offline X. Tried to join the online chat but I was number 346 in the queue which isn't a viable option.
