Product: HP Officejet Pro 8710

My printer has started to scroll back and forth before it prints out a page and then in between each page of a file scrolls back and forth to where it takes something forever to print and I don't know how to fix this as it used to not do this.

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
