macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer (HP Tango) stopped printing suddenly, and now the bottom bar and paper-loading bar are flashing orange. All the buttons on the top are flashing too, and pressing them does nothing. I've tried unplugging it, reconnecting to the wifi, playing around with loading paper, trying to find a paper jam---everything I found online and everything I could think of myself. The only thing I haven't tried is changing the ink cartridges (which had been working up until this point), but when I went to try that, the tray suddenly stopped bringing the cartridges to the middle, so now I can't access them. I signed into my HP account and found that my warranty expired two years ago, but my printer only stopped working about a week and a half ago. Besides that bit of information, I can't find what the problem is or how to fix it. And now I have the other issue of not being able to access the ink cartridges.
