Message to clear paper jam. There is no paper jam. After looking for jam multiple times a new message stated to turn off the printer. The screen said shutting down, but this went on and on not ever shutting down. Unplugged the printer then plugged back in. new message stated printer was not shut down correctly. Then went back to shutting down mode this was about 60 mins ago.
2/14/2022: I left the printer off 24 hours. Printer still not working.
Multiple messages:
1)"Load white paper." There is paper in the drawer. I have unloaded and reloaded it several times.
2) "The printer was unable to detect or read the alignment page. Touch print to print new alignment page and start process again." After touching the print nothing happens.
I Have taken out paper drawer, reloaded the paper and tried to print the alignment page all to no avail.
3) Receiving Error Code: 0x6100004a
2/15/2022 update: I noticed the ink cartridge carriage is not moving. It is all the way to the right and does not move to the left when the top of printer is opened to allow for replacement of ink cartridges.
