Product: HP Deskjet 3630 All in One
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

printer has not been used recently and is now printing in black with occasional blanks.    Need to find how to clean printer heads but cannot find information.    HP HelpDesk pages only seem to go up to IOS Yosemite.
