Hi @Vince32196,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

1. Power Reset the Printer:

Turn off the printer and unplug it for 5 minutes.

Plug it back directly into a wall outlet and turn it on.

2. Check for a Paper Jam:

Turn off the printer.

Open all access doors and remove any jammed paper.

Check the rear access panel and under the ink cartridge area.

Restart the printer.

3. Disconnect from the Network:

Turn off the printer.

Unplug your Wi-Fi router for a few minutes.

Start the printer without the network. If it gets past the loading screen, reconnect the Wi-Fi router and try connecting the printer again.

Let me know how it goes.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
