My printer will not print anything. I have only very recently purchased it in the last 1/2 months to complete university work with.
A few weeks ago I received some more ink through the post, my first delivery of ink. Yesterday, I connected the new ink to print off some more powerpoints, it got through about 2 and a half and then stopped, the printer still says there is plenty of ink left, in both compartments, as there powerpoints were not large.
It keeps printing off the same printer information page when I press the flashing information button
"The printer might not be connected to HP instant ink anymore"
Yet it is connected to the internet with 'excellent' signal strength. I have turned it off and on, turned it off and waited, unplugged it from the back and started it up again, disconnected and reconnected the internet, and nothing has worked and I am still having the same issues.
Any help would be great
