Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of the lights are flashing on the printer and it does not connect.  I've tried restarting it multiple times and long pressing the power button.  The error that is flashing is "E".
