Product: Hp deskjet Pro 4120
Hello, after about 6 months working fine, I'm having the following issues with my hp deskjet plus 4120
- Paper size has stopped being recognised, and in settings I can only choose A4. I mainly print on A5 and this has never been an issue.
- I replaced the ink cartridges with those sent to me and the ink light is flashing, even after removing and putting back in.
- The printer is connected to the Internet, and the hp app is showing as online, but I am being asked to connect to hp smart ink again, and am being told the printer is offline.
- When printing i was getting a notification to run a diagnostic test, this would run and I was told any issues were resolved, request to print again and the same thing happened.
I've turnt the printer off at the plug and removed the power lead multiple times and am still having the same issue.
Any help anyone can provide would be great, I have a small business that relies on this printer.
Thank you in advance.
