My printer suddenly stopped working. It has an error light and the printer information page shows this message: the printer is not enrolled in hp instant ink. I have an HP deskjet 2700 all in one printer series
can someone help? What do I need to do?
how can I use the printer without being enrolled in this program?
thank you.

You must have accidently signed up for instant ink. Access the portal and cancel the subscription or find out what why it thinks you have a subscription.
Instant ink portal is here.
I do not have an instant ink printer. My understanding is that if you run out of ink, or you cancel your subscription, you can use genuine Hewlett Packard cartridges either original or refilled. They must have an HP chip in the cartridge.
The below type is unlikely to work.
Cancel your ink account

Note that this is a user to user forum and I am just the messenger of this bad news: Instant ink cartridges can only be used when the ink subscription is active.
