I have an HP ENVY 4520 printer, I had it unplugged for a little bit and when I plugged it back in to use it's acting strange. Sometimes it just won't print at all, other times it'll start a print job but then stop real soon after starting then print a lines worry of image and say it's done. I've removed the printer and reinstalled it, I've changed the ink cartridges, checked the wifi connection. When I use my android phone to print it prints no problem. I'm at my witts end here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Amym01,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Printer.
This issue could occur if the pause printer or “use printer offline” option is checked in the printer driver settings.
Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
And here are a few steps listed below:
1. Turn the printer off and on, and then make sure it is in a ready state.
2. Search Windows for devices, and then click Devices and Printers in the list of results.
3. Find the icon for the printer you originally installed.
4. Right-click the icon for the default printer, and then select See what's printing. The print queue window opens.
5. Click Printer. If a checkmark displays next to Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline, click each item to remove the checkmark. Try to print.
Also, I suggest that you follow the steps in the link: Printer is Offline (Windows)
Also, update the firmware. Click here
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

A printer's heads, nozzles, and other components can become dirty or clogged, which could show up as white lines running across your page. Your printer may have a head-cleaning feature available through your device software located on your computer or from the control panel on the printer itself.
