Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print a document.
- Are you trying to print a PDF file, if which application are you trying to print?
- Did you try to print from a different application like MS Word, Notepad and check if that prints fine?
- Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:- perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
Cheers.

I disconnected the printer as you suggested, but it did not resolve the problem.
It may be that Barclays have changed their procedures, as an on screen message suggests 'printing' to PDF and then finding and printing the PDF.
A bit of a nuisance, but it is the answer for now.
Thanks for the advice you gave.

I'm the Riddle_Decipher & I'm writing on behalf of my colleague @sandytechy20, as the tech is out for the day, that said, I have reviewed your concern and the entire conversation, did some research and here's what I recommend:
Please contact the google support for clarifications of why it isn't working, if you've already performed a reset and yet the issue persists, if you haven't reset it yet, try the below steps:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More ( the three dots) Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Chromebook, Linux, and Mac: Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults > Reset Settings.
- Windows: Under "Reset and cleanup,” click Reset Settings.
These steps won't provide a full reset. For example, some settings like fonts or accessibility won't be deleted.
To create a new user profile, add a new user in Chrome.
I hope that answers your query,
