Printer not printing yellow or magenta, only blue and black

My printer is only printing in blue and black, I have tried copying a document (and it still doesn't work) and printing from my computer. I have also installed updates, tried the test page and realigned the printer. Nothing has helped so far.

I understand the printer is not printing in color. Let us try these steps:

Check the estimated ink levels

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink Level Indicator icon . Replace any low or empty cartridges

Clean the printhead

1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

2. Open the Printer Maintenance menu.

3. If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead.

If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.

NOTE: 

If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page

1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

2. Open the Reports or Tools menu.

3. Touch Print Quality Report.
