I was printing a doc this morning and needed 10 copies. 7 copies were printed then it just stopped. I have turned it off, unplugged it, and restarted it. That didn't work. I did a factory reset, then connected it to my wifi again, with no results. I have restarted my computer, my modem, and my printer with no luck. I can make copies but can't print from the computer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
