I have just installed a new ink cartridge (black, instant ink) as the "ink is very low" message had come in mid big print run. The cartridge is brand new, only arrived earlier this week but the printer is saying it is incompatible and needs replacing. I don't have a spare. I run all the suggested remedies (turning off, re-setting, re-installing etc and nothing). Still get black screen with "the following (black) ink cartridge must be replaced"
