I am now with SKY.
The printer is connected wireless and showing as connected and I have a static blue light. I am unable to print as the printer is not synced with my print account and therefore because cartridges will not work.
I have tried everything including resetting it.

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
This is a great place to get support, find answers to your technical queries.
I understand that you have changed the internet provider and now you cannot print, need not worry I'll be glad to assist you,
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Is copy working fine?
Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same network.
Perform restoring network defaults using the below steps.
1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ).
2. Touch restoring network defaults, and turning the wireless function on or off.
Then, connect the printer to the network.
1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).
2. Touch ( Settings ).
3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.
4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
Try to print.
Do get back to me as I have a few more tricks up my sleeve,
