Printer not turned off properly. Service Station Stalled.

Printer will not function. Keeps showing, touch the ok button to have the printer automatically attempt it's recovery process. 

It runs through the process but goes right back to the, touch the ok button. It also says the printer was not shutdown properly.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Service Station Stalled means the print carriage is stuck.

Check for any paper jams inside the printer. Let us perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and A 'Paper Jam' Error
