Hi,

I bought a printer HP Envy Pro 6475 approximately 3 years ago but I haven't used it the past 2 years. I tried to print but the pages come out blank.

Should I bother to buy two new ink cartridges and see if it will work ... or ... does the ink dry on the print head, making it unusable after so long? .... or ..... should I get rid of this virtually brand new printer/scanner and buy a new one?

Thanks for the help!

I tried your video and it worked with the colored one but the black one is still stuck...

Do you think that buying another black cartridge would solve my problem?
