I am getting a System supply problem message.

There is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If message reappears again, record message and contact support.

 

I have replaced the ink and I am still getting the same message. I have had look inside and there seams to be some sort of ink explosion. Not sure if that's a normal thing. I will try an attach some images. As usual the warrantee ran out a month ago and I don't really want to buy a new printer. I Have took the print head out as well but didn't know what to look for so just put it back in.
